Travcom introduces BookingWizard

Reduces errors. Saves time.
Travcom Canada has announced the release of the BookingWizard, a direct Air Canada web booking and sale retrieval function for ClientMajic/GBO CS subscribers.

The BookingWizard will auto-populate an Air Canada web booking form with passenger details and credit card information from the passenger profile in the client management tool, ClientMajic. It will then automatically import the confirmed booking back into ClientMajic for invoicing or posting to the GBO CS back office.

"The BookingWizard will greatly reduce errors and the time it takes to book directly on the Air Canada Agent booking site. Air Canada offers some great incentives and options only available on their website. The challenge for agencies was how to take advantage of the incentives while maintaining traditional GDS productivity benefits and back office interfaces. With the CM BookingWizard, agents now get the best of both worlds.

This release of the BookingWizard only includes the Air Canada Agent website, however, other Canadian supplier websites will be added in the future.
